FRIDAY FOOTBALL SHOWDOWN PRIZE POOL HITS $174,000

Our Friday football contest moves to Week 5 with defending champ Scott Kellen near the lead. We cover all of the betting angles weekdays from 2 to 3 p.m. on ESPN Radio (1100 AM, 100.9 FM) in Las Vegas.
The Las Vegas Sportsline show is streamed live on espn1100.com and will be podcast on ESPN.com Chalk.
Again this fall, we host the Friday Football Showdown handicapping contest staged at the Golden Nugget sports book in downtown Las Vegas. Details are on the "Friday Contest" page.
Kellen (@SixthSenseNFL) defeated Bryan Leonard in last year's finals. Kellen is a two-time winner.
The 2015 football contest has 87 entrants. With an entry fee of $2,000, the prize pool is $174,000.
